LONVA's lifetime warranty system includes a "one-year warranty service" and a "permanent repair service (paid service)" so that you can use our products for a long time. In order to use this system, you will need the "Lifetime Warranty Card" enclosed at the time of purchase, so please keep it handy.

 1. Warranty Service


LONVA products come with a one-year warranty service. (Please see below for warranty terms.)

You can receive warranty service by sending us the product together with the lifetime warranty card attached to the product. In order to use the product with peace of mind for a long time, please be sure to keep the enclosed lifetime warranty card when you receive the product. If you have any problems or problems with the product, please contact us using the repair request form. We will repair free of charge any defects caused by our company within one year from the date of purchase. However, in accordance with the warranty terms below, repairs will be charged even during the warranty period in the following cases.

  • If a failure occurs during the warranty period due to our responsibility, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

    In some cases, we may be able to repair damage that is not covered by the warranty after receiving an estimate. However, even within the warranty period, the following cases are not covered by the warranty.

    Even if the product is replaced or repaired, the start date of the warranty period will be the original purchase date of the product.

    The warranty amount guaranteed by us is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    By purchasing a product from us, you agree to our warranty policy. Also, please note that our warranty policy may change without notice.

  • Warranty claims must be made directly to us. Please contact us using the repair request form below. Please do not send directly to us without contacting us.

    After we receive your product, we will determine if the product is covered by our service warranty. (Usually within 10 business days).

    All requests are subject to the individual circumstances of the product received.

    If the product sent to us is found to be defective due to our reasons, we will repair or replace it free of charge (at our expense), excluding product delivery costs.

    If you purchased a product from our online store, we will refund the product price or repair or replace it at our expense if you contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    For damage that cannot be repaired, we will send the same or similar product to the customer as a replacement product.

    All products returned to us are first reviewed for authenticity. If determined to be counterfeit, it will be handed over to our legal department and the counterfeit item will not be returned.

2. Repair service (paid)


Our repair service is a guarantee system that permanently provides aftercare such as repairs for a fee to customers who have purchased from LONVA. In order for LONVA products to be used for many years to come, we will respond to a wide range of requests, from partial fraying of stitches to replacement of handles and metal fittings. Craftsmen who are deeply knowledgeable about Garusha (ray leather), which meets LONVA's craftsmanship standards, carefully finish each item with sincerity.

1. Inquiries: Please contact the repair reception form below, email, or official LINE.

2. Receipt: Please mail the product to be repaired to LONVA along with the Lifetime Warranty Card.

3. Quotation: After confirming the product, we will provide an estimate.

4. Work: After confirming and acknowledging the contents of the estimate, we will start the repair.

5. Inspection: Quality check after repair is completed.

6. Handover/Payment: You will be required to pay the repair fee when you hand over the product.
